ICEME 2014

PEMEA and SEAMEO-INNOTECH collaborated in organizing the International Conference on Educational Measurement and Evaluation (ICEME 2014). It was held on September 24 – 26, 2014 at Hotel H20 located at Roxas Boulevard, Behind The Quirino Grandstand, Luneta, Manila.

Dr. Esther Care, Deputy Director of the Assessment Research Center from the University of Melbourne, Dr. Ken Vine, Principal Research Adviser of SiMERR National Research Centre from the University of New England, together with Dr. John Pegg, Director of SiMERR National Research Center from the University of New England, gave the keynote address on the theme “Educational Assessment and Quality Assurance in a Borderless Society”. International and local measurement and assessment practitioners presented their papers during plenary and concurrent sessions, which focused on student assessment, teacher standards, certification of teachers, and accreditation of educational programs/institutions, among others.
