PEMEA will release an OBE Manual for Schools with Dr. William Spady

The board members of the Philippine Educational Measurement and Evaluation Association from February 24-26 had a workshop to work on a concept of a manual on Outcomes-Based Education that will be used by Higher Education Institutions and schools. The manual contains the leadership aspect of managing the OBE framework in schools, identifying sources of outcomes, teaching and learning outcomes, assessing outcomes, continuous development and research on outcomes. The last day of the session was a meeting with the proponent of OBE, Dr William Spady. Dr. Spady was glad to be part of the author of the book and is excited to see and edit the book manual.
